Caritas Pakistan Lahore

This organization is the social arm of the Catholic Church, which focuses on promoting Justice, Peace and Development. It is actively working to improve the social and economic conditions of the poor communities by creating awareness, organizing & educating people to become self-reliant communities.

Caritas Pakistan Lahore is working towards disaster risk reduction, better livelihood, health, as well as peace and social harmony for Pakistan.

On March 15, 2017, Caritas held a "Peace Walk" at Youhanabad in remembrance of twin suicide bomb attacks on two main churches of Youhanabad.  The purpose of this peace walk was to promote peace and harmonious environment in the society..
